Client crash costing me series promotion

I logged into league and everything seemed fine, until i qued up for a ranked match. I was able to find a game and i accepted the match but apparently my client decided to crash. I figured it was fine since this happens once every so often (being once a month or so) but i tried logging back on and the client kept crashing two more times, all within a minute for each load up. When i was able to login without the client crashing, I noticed the game I accepted but never loaded into picks/bans, the server still took it as me dodging the que making me lose my series. I am upset that something like this could happen and I wouldn't know what kind of bug may cause this but if this continues then other people are going to have a major problem with it. And a side note, i know it has nothing to do with my computer because I built it myself and it has more then enough specs to run Fallout 4 on ultra settings and my internet was fine too with having a 10 mb download speed. Neither of these should cause league to crash but whatever it may be I hope someone could assist me so I can prevent any future crashes or just wait until riot releases the new client.
