Ok, maybe not a bug but I don't know where else to post this.

When you search for a game you can look at your collection, your profile, you can change your masteries, ETC. But when you have a leaverbuster low priority queue, you can't do any of that! I don't know if this is part of the punishment, but it really puts me off playing, I want to be able to change stuff when I'm searching for a game! not have to watch YouTube for 20 minutes before I can even attempt to look at my masteries! It is very frustrating I find, If you could change this, or even just respond! I would be extremely grateful. Well you made it this far into my rant, so I guess you either think I'm very dumb or make a good point. I don't know how to finish a rant or paper so thanks for reading, bye.
