A phantom Game

Hey Hey When i'm logged in, it launched me in a black game. I was with my friends and it dont even launch. Now i'm block in front of "Reconnect" button and can't do a thing even if i restart the game. As well my friends got into Champ select and it froze the timer at 0 and does nothing.
