Gameplay Bug (Jhin's Ultimate Not Appearing)

I was recently in a ranked game against a Jhin and once during the game, his ultimate was not appearing but still doing damage to me. I would appreciate it if you would fix this and possibly give my team something for the game we lost because of it.
