Devourer Dragon stack bug [GAMEPLAY]

After I had enough money to buy devourer on Vayne, I recalled to buy it. Right after I bought it, I went to go do dragon (at this point I have no stacks). After killing dragon, instead of giving me 5 stacks, it only gave me 3. After that I did another camp, but this time it reset to 1. Idk if anyone already posted about this, but just wanted to make sure this gets fixed unless I did something wrong.

I had the same issue, playing on Jax - solo'd dragon, then killed scuttler, and it reset my stacks to 2. Was too scared to retry dragon after that
