[GAMEPLAY] Dorans blade not giving lifesteal on Jinx

Noticed this in a game I was in, I had 3 dorans blades and was fighting the wraith in the jungle, I obviously was behind because I had 3 dorans. When I would hit the wraith, I would not gain any HP past the normal regen my champ had. Didnt have a screenshot or game replay to show you.

Step 1. Purchase dorans blade. Step 2. Fight things. Step 3. Dont gain any lifesteal and lose all sustain.

Later in the game I had 3 dorans and vamp scepter, which gives about 17% lifesteal, near BT levels. In teamfights I was not getting ANY hp while trying to chunk away at the enemy team. and would die very quickly.
