[GAMEPLAY] Twisted Fate Pick A Card (W) cannot critically strike

So based on the wording there is no reason this ability shouldn't be able to crit, Nidalee's Q, a very similarly worded ability can crit, even doubling the damage from the AP scaling. So it seems that one of these three interactions is not intended.

Nidalee Q being able to crit.
TF Q not being able to crit.
The wording being inconsistent.

Not a bug.

You are comparing two separate abilities that work differently. Nid Q in cougar form only "crits" under certain circumstances, when someone has her passive on them.

TF W just simply cannot crit cause it has nothing telling it that it can.
