Riot plz help my friend

My friend use Dual-Boot Windows and macOs to play LOL but he face problem recently. Sorry riot my friend is a taiwan server player but we all feel frustrated after we contact the agent garena, they just tell my friend to check his antivirus software（since they blame on antivirus software all the time） Many players here face the same problem too , but no any useful help was given by the GGC.
