Transaction Bug

Hello,

Since yesterday I can't purchase any RP by using my credit card (It keeps saying Financial Settings) Which can't be, because I've plenty of money and no limitations of how many I can spent and in which country I would use the card. I also redownloaded the game, tried to restart the client multiple times and did the payment +15 times untill it drived me nuts. Can someone please say that they have it too? I never changed anything on my card so i don't get it... last purchase date was somewhere in July...
