just some random bugs

There is a major bug with 's Q range which affects his whole gameplay, majority of the time when using his Q the range stops and returns earlier than it is supposed to. Another bug is that is not able to get the scuttler's speed shrine buff and not being able to use on champions (smiting monsters still works properly). This last part is not related to the bug, but if you get either hydras and a do they apply both AOE damage or not? Just a quick question.
