my issue started when i opened my cards on your shop, i got discount on dragon slayer pantheon, at this moment i had 7958 RP, i bought the skin but it didn't opened for me and RP was consumed for 540 RP, i tried to buy the skin again and it consumed 540 RP and still i couldn't get the skin, so i tried to restart my lol client to see if there are any changes could happen, but nothing happened and i lost 1080 RP, what should i do !!

Kürama1 votesFor Billing and Store requests, it can take anywhere from 12 hours to a few days depending on the amount of requests in their backlog. I anticipate there will be a pretty decent uptick in requests due to this issue, as there have been similar reports.
