League Disconnecting

Ever since the new League of Legends update, my game has now been disconnecting and reconnecting. Usually its quite minor, such as a second, so I didn’t stress about it. Today I had a ranked game where I completely lost a team fight due to the fact that my game disconnected. This was serious considering I was the team hypercarry, playing as Fiora. Losing this teamfight at 40 minutes meant losing the game. Does anyone have any advice for disconnecting during a match, and how to fix it?
