Quick-Cast Trinket Problem

In the in-game settings, there are 2 ways to set some key bindings, specifically for spells and items, including the trinket. The easiest way is at the top of the key bindings page, that lets you set the key and then toggle whether or not to quick-cast that key. However, it seems that the set-quick-cast button for the trinket isn't working. It doesn't change anything.

Also, when I manually set it, it wasn't saved for the next game so I had to set it again. I also had several other people in the game say they had the same issue.
