Yasuo Bug From Jan 2014 and no fix yep

Hello since yasuo is comming i see this bug no fix from jan 2014 Ulti yasuo Yasuo you know you need upair some champion for use ulti Last Breath , and when you slay 3 times the champions or miniom you charge Steel Tempest and grants a stack of Gathering Storm for 10 seconds ok all is fine, the problem is when you use other champion and charge steel tempest for use gathering storm and the other champiom up air the enemy champion and you use you ulti Last Breath, after that you can't use Gathering strom when you charge before use ulti Last breath (you need wait 10 seconds for dedactivate and next time you can use but only in ulti)

the bug is: you can't use Gatring strom after use utli Last breath when other champion up air and help you for use ulti Last Breath, when you finist use last breath and you have Gathering strom you can't use that

Using Yasuo's Last Breath (R) resets his Steel Tempest (Q) internal counter, so that you can't use Gathering Storm (Q) right outside of Last Breath (R) for a double knock-up.

Unless the problem is entirely different, but Yasuo's Last Breath (R) strictly states that, upon use, Steel Tempest's (Q) internal counter is cleared.
