PBE new account issue (RIOT PLEASE READ)

So I was curious after over a week (who knows how long really) all of us new pbe players have had the issue with not beign able to create a summoner name. I went on to the PBE forums and PBE bug forums... THERE IS NOT A WORD ABOUT IT. Riot says they're being attentive and they're rushing to fix the problem yet there is not a single post from riot about this bug that is cutting into the time we have to use our PBE that some of us have waited over a year for... Why do you ask? Because they honestly just don't care and I doubt we'll even get the full amount of time we would have had on the pbe when and if it ever gets fixed. Please I want someone from riot to look at this and give me an honest answer as to whats going on in regard to this.
