[GAMEPLAY] Azir Ult, Knockup bug

While recently playing a game against an Azir and a Rivin , I noticed a bug with Azir's Ultimate. I noticed that if a character is already knocked up from another enemy's ability, Emperor's Divide applies the damage but does not apply the knockback effect. This could be seen as a pretty serious bug as it is Azir's main form of CC.
