Renekton's Dash [Gameplay]

Sometimes when I do his first dash but fail to do the second, or am holding down "e" to prepare to do the second dash but it goes on cool down, the cursor "locks up". And when this happens I cannot click on the mini map to look at a certain area nor can I use the pings. To get the cursor to go back to normal I have to wait until his dash is off of cool down and I have to go like I'm going to cast it. That's quite a few critical seconds to not have a properly functioning cursor. (I use smart cast BTW.)

Renekton is a great champ and all but with this bug playing him can be frustrating.
