Cassiopeia's E Tooltip

I've noticed with the new patch the tooltip for the (+AP) number in 's E doesn't seem to take into account the percentage based AP increases (both from Deathcap and her Passive). With 502 AP, Deathcap and Stage 2 of her passive (10%), the tooltip for Twin Fang reads 155 (+189). My AP without any of those percentage boosts would be ~343-4, and 55% of that gives the actual tooltip value of 189.

This just appears to be a tooltip error though, as it was doing the full ~450 damage on cast to jungle minions in a custom game. Possibly related but also kinda relevant - Deathcap no longer says the amount of AP the 30% boost gives - it's just (0).
