Tahm Kench Bug

So I was in a ranked game playing support Tahm Kench, I discovered halfway through I could not use my w on ahri, but it worked on every other champion and minion(that I tried). Then later in the game we went for a Baron steal, I activated my ult and renekton hopped inside, however it canceleed my ult and turned into my w but I could not reactivate it and had to wait for the timer to end.
