Early Game FPS Massive Spike

So recently in my games, I've been noticing an enormous ping spike at about 2-4 minutes, and it disconnects me from the server, and I have to manually disconnect and reconnect. Everything is fine after that. I'm not sure if this is just for me, or if this is just when I'm playing a specific champion , but it's still really annoying. Could someone please help explain this phenomenon?
