My Game gets Stuck on the Loading Screen

My game client is fine and so is champ select but at the loading screen before the actual game starts my client gets stuck at 100%. I can still hear the game audio in the background but the screen stays on the loading screen page. I was wondering if there is any way to fix this. I'm running the game on windows 10 and it worked fine before but then I reset my laptop and I got this issue.
