Champion Selection Crash

It started about a month ago. My client crashes in ranked or draft champion selects, usually when it's my time to pick. I get penalties for this although it's not my fault, when the client crashes a window pops up where i can describe what happened before the crash, multiple times I send the report but there is still no improvement. Please tell me how to fix it if it's even possible. Thanks!

try running the hextech repair tool and do a forced repatch

its possible that one of the last patches while downloading got partial corrupted, if this doesn't fix it, it might be some other files that got corrupted so you could always do an uninstall and reinstall of league if you are desperate
