client bug

i have a bug in the client were the home loads for a lot of time, in the party i cannot see my icon nor my lvl and the client is lagging as hell and most importantly i have no champions at all another thing i noticed is that the game is working normally from 3 am to 12 pm other wise i have this bug , i tried everything to solve it but nothing helps pls help my friends have this bug too my internet connection is pretty good and i have been facing this problem for about 4 days
