Item Sets Bug (Client)

In item sets, the only thing I can do is delete and create item sets but I cannot modify any of them (add items but I can rename them and delete items). I'm using a mac and it doesn't seem to happen to any of my other friends that are non-mac users so I believe that this is a mac related problem and it has been a problem for a few months now...
