Cant open Hextech boxes

I have a few hextech boxes from S ranking and I cant open them, as in it does not give me the option to. Anytime I try it just floats there and I have twice as many keys as I do boxes so I cant think of what the problem is. Please help.

Are you sure they are keys and not key fragments?

Forge fragments into keys like the other guy mentioned :)
