Ok so i was silver I the other day before the meitennance and I did a game this morning and all of a sudden i am silver 4.i am sure there is a logical explination for this.... was wondering if i'm supposed not do get mad fot this?

Riot has been having a lot of issues with placements and ranked in general (mainly with flex queue). If you were demoted from Silver 1 to Silver 4 from one game then I would contact a Riot employee through making a ticket on their customer support site.

TL;DR - Your placement was incorrect the first time and they fixed it.
