Quinn's Blinding Assault isn't supposed to blind champions. I've only played against her once as Kog'Maw. Twice I noticed that I was blinded, and I think those were the only two times she hit me with the spell so it seems to consistently blind enemy champions.
This is not a bug, quinn's q is meant to reduce your vision range. Much like graves smoke bomb.

Thats because they re added the blind I believe?
The blind (vision reduction) works on champions, but on minions/monsters it prevents them from attacking.
They added back her bullshit blind so I hope you enjoy playing against cancer quinn because I'm sure she will be popular again.
Is quinn's Blinding assault supposed to stop renekton's abitilies from landing or doing damage? When I get blinded, my W miss every single time and spend the rage/cooldown but doesn't stun or deal damage. Is that how it suppose to be? Because I don't see it in the patch notes.
