Quinn's Blinding Assault isn't supposed to blind champions. I've only played against her once as Kog'Maw. Twice I noticed that I was blinded, and I think those were the only two times she hit me with the spell so it seems to consistently blind enemy champions.

BoostedAnimols1 votesIs quinn's Blinding assault supposed to stop renekton's abitilies from landing or doing damage? When I get blinded, my W miss every single time and spend the rage/cooldown but doesn't stun or deal damage. Is that how it suppose to be? Because I don't see it in the patch notes.
