[CLIENT] Upgrade to Mastery 7 Crafting Bug

When upgrading to mastery 7 with a champion on OCE Beta Client, it says congratulations you have achieved mastery level 6 with said champion. Shows mastery 6 Icon not 7 and says 6 in text. Has happened twice as i upgraded Illaoi and lux to level 7. Gave me a fright but it still shows im level 7 with both champs so its just a bug with the congrats message in hextech crafting. I think its doing the level 6 one for 7 aswell.
