Ranked Champion Select Freezes

This issue has happened to me on occasions in the past, with a loss of a few LP and a leaver timer, but today it has been ridiculous. All 3 ranked games that I have queued up for (with extended time of waiting and restarting inbetween) have resulted in the same problem, losing me 40 LP and making me wait for ridiculous times.

The problem that occurs is, when entering the draft pick, after some time of the champ select functioning, it will crash for a considerable length of time, around 1-2 minutes. Even if the screen does eventually load, the freeze will happen again after a short amount of time. If, during the time of the freeze, I am supposed to pick a champ, when the screen finally loads I will be kicked from the queue and be told that I failed to select a champion, even though this action is not possible. During the time in the queue, the 'Unspecified Error' screen will seemingly randomly pop up, and any messages entered into the chat will not be received. I have noted that, in normal games, the same problem occurs with not so serious consequences, as I am usually able to pick a champion in the functioning time, although I often have to restart League and then reconnect to get to the loading screen.

My internet speed is consistent during the time, and my mac is powerful enough to run the game itself at a good speed, let alone the client. I am using OSX 10.11, and this has no previous problems with the client, although the shop is ridiculously slow. If you want any more information, such as logs, please tell me exactly what you want and I will be happy to provide it. I have tried installing Adobe Air, but the latest version has already been installed so I don't think that's the issue.
