Ivern in Nexus Blitz

This is intended. His passive is designed for a solo jungler and would fuck everything up with 2.

EDIT: not to mention the jungle camps are supposed to be really hard to solo, but his passive would make it super easy.

Its intentional. I wish it did work, or at least gave him something in return, because as it is, I thought he would be very good on this mode and instead he's complete garbage on it. Half of his kit is his passive, not enough power in his other abilities to compensate. I guess you could just run him in a lane, he could easily float between lanes and linger in the center bush. Still, think he's pretty bad without his passive.

You have to remember this game mode is far from complete, individual changes like are gonna be dealt with much later in development.
