Patcher Not Downloading, Stuck at 0kbps.

I recently had to get a different router and now League wont work, the client is stuck at 0% and 0 kbps, it downloads about 20-40 mbs before it stops. I have tried repairing, reinstalling the game, uninstalling pando media player, updating adobe air, deleting certain files and many other things I found on the forums or reddit. My internet isn't that good and my router isn't great either, but other games and everything else works fine. What else can I do, thanks

Just wait, for some reason Riot has the patch download and write to disk at different times and the code that writes downloaded content to disk from RAM takes forever (and may also be slightly broken). If you're getting insane lag while downloading the patch after it gets to 0 KBps if you have an external hard drive you'll want to install LoL onto your external and then copy the installed directory to the folder you actually want to install LoL into.

You can try what I did. When it got stuck at 0kbps, I left the patcher open, went to program files and to the riot games folder. If you open it, there should be a League of Legends folder. Right click it and the "Read-only" should be checked. Uncheck it and when it asks you to apply to all sub folders and sub files, say yes. When it finish, the download started again and the folder should automatically check the "read only" box again.

Hope this help :D

Btw, I start patched it with LoL.launcher.admin idk if it makes a difference though

Run the patch updater in safe mode works perfectly.
