No LP for A win, game was not recorded?

At around one in the morning New Zealand standard time I had just won in a ranked game with my duo partner and we both exited the game at the victory screen only to sit on the retrieving game information page for about 10 minutes, since no progress was being made we decided to skip the statistics page but upon trying to queue again I was not allowed as I was supposedly still in a game so I closed and reopened League to see if it fixed the issue, It did not and this time had an option to reconnect to the game I clicked it but the screen stayed black and eventually told me to check my internet connection which was fine since I was in a Skype call with my duo and he was getting the exact same problem, so we went to sleep and surely enough once I got back on this afternoon I can queue up for a game but I was not awarded any LP for the victory in ranked and the match was never recorded? not the easiest time trying to climb ranked when being put against five man pre-mades in a team of solo searchers and duos but not being awarded LP for a win is another thing.
