[GAMEPLAY ]Ivern - Raptors bug

In about 50% of my games I have this bug occur.

When I try to clear the raptors camp, after passive has already loaded, Ivern uses his mana and health again despite being ready to grab gold and exp. Sometimes only small raptors die and I need to use my mana and hp again. It not only wastes time but often forces me to recall.

The other concern is that q animation has bigger range than the actual skill, which results in stupid situations where q clearly hit the target, but the end of the skillshot is just animation and nothing happens.
