Quinn Bug: Stuck as Valor

Hello,

i had a game as Quinn earlier, after my first ultimate cast i got stuck as valor. all the abilities worked as normally with valor except i had no speed buff nor could i further level my ultimate.

it also for a while stated "spell not found" when hovering over the ultimate. it showed 136 seconds on CD but wasn't decreasing. later in the game it did come back to what it was supposed to say meaning it showed the sky strike tool tip and no longer showed 136 seconds, however was still uncastable.

the picture link i shared is showing me stuck as valor just after i have re spawned.

i tried existing the client and re loading, this didn't help.

hopefully it was only this once, but i thought i should mention it just in case.
