Unable to Buy Items and Incorrect Death Recap

The last Zilean ranked game I was unable to buy Archangel's Staff or Zhonya's Hourglass when I had more than enough gold for it. I played for a bit without buying either upgrade and later decided to reconnect to the game. I was then able to buy items.

Another bug was, within the last two days, I died to Lulu as Janna, in a ranked game, and it said that I took damage from Zephyr. I was just watching YassuoNA and saw that after he died, he checked the death recap and it also said he took damage from Zephyr when the only Janna was on his team and was not close by.

Similarly, last year sometimes if there was a Soraka in the game I would randomly have a death recap that would say I took damage from her passive, even when playing as Soraka. I'm not sure if that is still an issue but I just wanted to bring it up if it was.
