Team champ select chat

For some reason when i join a team in champ select i can type and see what i say and others can see what i say (tested with friends) but i can't see what anyone else says this only happens sometimes and don't know how to fix it once i'm in game i can chat with my team perfectly fine but it causes some confusion in my champ select when i don't know where people want to go or they sometimes pick weird champs for weird rolls that i wouldn't know they were picking if i didn't read it anyone know how to fix this?
