Jinx bugs from patches 5.22 & 5.23 also connection issues

Ever since Riot moved their servers I've had BAD connection issues. Ping goes up from the norm 35 to 49-22,555 ping(YES that high) I don't understand why it does this. From my friends perspective who lives in Chicago, he says internet servers for all the games he plays sucks there and his internet provider has 150mbs. I know it's not my internet which is causing the issue because all the other games I play allow me to host and no one has issues running on my connection.

As for the bugs. Jinx cancels her Q's auto (toggled) Same goes for her regular attack. Since the 5.22 patch I noticed some notes that were note shown for her like her W's and R's hit boxes are smaller as well as some norm damage reductions. I get that she used to be an OP broken champ but now shes just broken. I see all the other marksmen have been buffed and made 2 of the OP while Jinx has a stack buff the rest of her got nerfed. In my opinion the champs that NEED buffs are those with real LOW win/loss ratios. I hope Jinx gets fixed and buffs go to the champs that need it. P.S. Quinn = Auto ban (too OP)[slayer-jinx-unamused]
