Eternum Rek'sai doesn't work

There's a current bug (I think it's a bug?) that sometimes uses the default skin instead of a skin that you've selected if you play more than one game in a row with the same champion and skin. I've experienced it too, you have to just click on the default skin, and then the skin you want to use again. Seems to fix it. I'm not 100% sure what it is though, so I could be wrong, it's just what I've seen since 4.21 went live
