That is to hard to go to diamond3

Last seaon I'm diamond5, i used 20days from gold 2 to diamond but trapped in diamond5. This season i used 1 week come to diamond. But when i win one game it gives me only 13lp and when i lose it cost 22 to 24, 2 wins equals to 1 lose. And im a support main, waht should i do? To make 10 wins? Thats too unfair!!!
