[CLIENT] Negative Damage done by Shen on specific game versions

In a number of games, Shen shows up as having done about -2.1Billion true damage, e.g.

"trueDamageDealt": -2147483648

I have been examining season 8 ranked SR games in NA, and I have observed occurring with Shen exclusively on game versions 6.22.165.9605 and 6.22.165.3566.
