In a number of games, Shen shows up as having done about -2.1Billion true damage, e.g.

"trueDamageDealt": -2147483648

I have been examining season 8 ranked SR games in NA, and I have observed occurring with Shen exclusively on game versions 6.22.165.9605 and 6.22.165.3566.

Match IDs with this problem include: 2345391284, 2348976595, 2352463164, 2350496241, 2352161815, 2349426859, 2348301180, 2352670842, 2347624825, 2350671635, 2352456907, 2345759102, 2345195111, 2349555174, 2349154735, 2352416284, 2350729280, 2352609103, 2350302753, 2353344943, 2352605588, 2345104988, 2348309506, 2343867244

You can observe the negative values by querying the riot api for those matches or visiting the match history site:

Oh, that's not a bug, that's just Shen doing negative damage because of all the nerfs. : ^) Shen item 3070 ######Seriously though, that is an odd bug.

Which patch is that on? I know there used to be a bug where if someone was ulted by (old) Yorick they would do strange levels of damage.

The games I found all seem to occur in mid-november 2016, though I just might not have come across others. Even if the "bug" has been fixed I'm hoping they can fix the match history or at least explain what happened lol.

Hmmm, so It's not Yorick then. That bug left with his relaunch. The damage done stat does have bugs, but it's usually due to the writing down of the info, not that Shen actually did negative damage.

Actually, now that I really think on it, it might be a bugged recording of the damage mitigated by his ult while Shen is building X item or Y champ is in the game. Any commonalities between the games would allow you to figure it out. Like, maybe Shen was Jg those games (smite item), or he was bound to a Kalista maybe.
