Trials pass 2019.. doesnt work??? WHERE ARE MY TOKENS!?

So since yesterday Im having this only 198 tokens but have been playing for like 10 games.. suddenly i stop getting tokens and am wondering if anyone else is having same problem??? Or honestly is it possible to earn 'em all??? So if i want 2 more token i need to BUY it??? Pls someone answer me quick! I sent a ticket already but no one is answering me.. !!PLS HELP ME ASAP!!
