Custom game crashing - won't reconnect?!

So I haven't played Leauge in a while and I wanted to test Riven once again on custom game, and it keeps crashing and won't reconnect to a game. I tried restarting my pc, client worked normally, I tried starting a new custom game, and I didn't locked the champion, I waited minute to lock itself, and same thing happened. I saw a discussion here, but thread was over in 2014. Am I the only one still getting this error? This never happened before, what am I supposed to do to fix it?
