[Gameplay] As of patch 4.18, Singed fling no longer flings enemies behind him.

As of patch 4.18 when singed flings an enemy they are thrown at random. Sometimes in front of Singed, sometimes perpendicular, and sometimes (but rarely) behind him as intended. I have been playing singed for years, and have never had this problem until after patch 4.18 was implemented. After a quick google search I was able to find several other players reporting the same problem, but was unable to find any on this forum (which is why I'm posting this). This bug really makes Singed unplayable so I would hope a fix can be made soon.
