[Training] - Practice Tool - Reset button bug with "Gathering Storm" Rune - (image attached)

(NOTE: image timer showed under 30 seconds, accidentally covered up in preparing)

The New runes are not being reset when the game is reset using the reset button.

Rune this is happening to (and maybe other time based runes) is "Gathering Storm"

Likely due it being attached to a separate hidden timer instead of the in game timer.

This makes it awkward to practice last hitting because you get stronger the longer you've been practicing even if it is the first minute of the practice you could have 48AP extra.

I assume this may be applicable to other time based runes as well potentially.

To reproduce:

1. Use training mode with "Gathering storm" rune for 10 mins or more.
2. Use reset button to start round again.
3. AP will still remain from "Gathering Storm" as if you've played for more than 10 mins.

I noticed this while practicing with Annie (, if it happens to be not possible to re-do on other champs)

Side request: Please head towards allowing a friend to join in on training mode so that we can practice last hitting without having to reset with a new custom game. As well as helping practice between players.
