Shaco's Decieve Camera Tracking

I don't remember always having to do this, but I play with camera auto lock off, and hold down space bar. When deceiving with shaco, I have to repress the spacebar to camera lock again. it's a pain in the ass. Why can't I hold down spacebar, and keep the camera following him.
