TFT crashes, Client Freezes, have to close it from Task Manager

Just lost two ranked games, both of which I crashed right before carousel rounds. I can't take this crashing anymore.

It seems to happen every game.

Please tell me there is SOME sort of way this can be fixed, or I'm not even going to be able to watch TFT from how pissed off this has made me.

It's terrible to load back in only to reach a gray screen and find out I came in Fifth after stomping the early and mid-game.
