Mouse input lag

For the past day I’ve been having severe input lag from my right click. Some clicks its normal, others there’s a 1-2 second delay where my champion doesn’t when I’m clicking. Abilities work fine, no lag there, only with champion movement. I’ve tried using two different mice to make sure it wasn’t that. My ping stays at 35 all game, my internet speeds are normal so I really have no idea how to fix this issue. Game is unplayable like this, and I don’t want to risk ruining any games by playing. I’ve tried deleting config files, reinstalling mouse drivers etc. The issue seemed to start happening with patch 9.8. Any help would be really appreciated!!
