{CLIENT} FIREWALL ERROR after Champion Select to get onto RIFT

For about a solid week now, I can no longer get into any type of game without getting the firewall error after champion select, not to mention the client is laggy overall - there have been a few times when I cant even pick a champion because it lags so hard or I cant change my runes/masteries. Thats for another discussion.

This is for the firewall error, all I end up doing is closing my client and restarting it a number of times (between 3-10) and eventually it goes through and loads properly. I have done the troubleshooting Riot has posted and it does not fix it. PLEASE please fix this bug, its so annoying especially if I want to play ranked (Plat elo), missing the first 4 minutes of the game is just brutal regardless if its ranked or normal.

Anyone else have the issue?
