Xerath Ult Range Indicator Broken [GAMEPLAY]

When ulting as Xerath, the range shown by hovering over the ability is a lot larger than the actual range of the ult. For example, I was standing in the bush on the back side of Blue side Red Buff (by Dragon) and when I hovered over Xerath's ult key with my mouse, the blue range indicator indicated that his ult range went all the way to the first tier blue side bot turret. However, when I ulted, my range didn't even make it to lane. This was with one point in his ult. This has happened every time I've ulted with one point in his ult. I have not noticed it with his 2 or 3 points in his ultimate.
