[Lunar Revel] Missions won't complete

EU NE - I just bought Lunar Revel Pass, played 2 Arurf games and won both. My mission won't complete nor show any progress. I tried restarting client. Not even my First Win of the Day works and I got none tokens for winning game.

I don't know if anyone else has this problem but I hope it gets fixed and rewards added retrospectively. I don't have much time on my hands and can't play that many games.

EDIT: Now it says in the client that they're working on missions issues so it will be hopefuly resolved soon.

On NA same thing happening. Actually pretty predictable riot is never prepared for these events.

I'm on NA too and I just won an ARAM but I didn't get credit for it. I also didn't get credit for my First Win of the Day either so I think it's a bigger problem with Missions in general.

Don't worry. Its on EUNE as well. Missions never worked from first try, they always had to fix problem.

While I don't specifically work on missions, I did some catch up with other folks working on the Lunar Revel event. They're aware of some snags with missions and are currently triaging.

well... coding isn't that easy and there all ways might be a bug or two... im sure they are working hard to resolve this minor issue, just chill and play the game(working almost flawlessly 99% of the time).

and to tell you the truth Riot Games are doing a great job to maintain the game running (judging by other online games iwe played... and i played over 30 of them)

I agree that servers are good and game is running smoothly and is online 99% of time. But i really doubt that they are trying regarding missions that much.

Before you start to hate me i have great respect to Riot, but every time there are missions we face same exact problem - "missions doesn't work".

You did not offend me man/lady :D I'm just frustrated now because this problem is ongoing since beginning of missions and is still present.

We do get response from Riot that they are working on fix, however they should really try better to avoid this problem rather than fixing it once its on live environment.

about the coding part, that can happen repeatedly when you have "spaghetti" code (which once they did said they have, I just don't remember when, but I read it).

Seems that recording matches is screwed up in general, not just the event. First win of the day is unobtainable as well, and match history isn't viewable either.

Quick question, does the problem have anything to do with the match history server being down? Im unsure if i'm the only one experiencing it but i can't load anyones match history, including my own.

it'll count. It counted for me. There is also the option of the counting being bugged, which happened for some time before i actually got the mission completed

not sure if this will matter, but match history is down. perhaps because its down, that missions can no longer progress since it cant connect to the victories/defeats

Katey, this is happening literally EVERY TIME you launch big events. Why is this still happening? To me it seems like mission service overload (since it's always worst on the beginning of the event and gets better 2 days later)

Then I can safely assume prior missions will update? I got my 6 scuttles yesterday, but only the 1 I just got is currently recorded. Basically a whole day of missions gone.

...And now the mode ain't fun anymore. Doing missions is fun. The missions not working and wasting time is not. And now it's defeat after defeat after defeat, grinding for no reason.

The obligation to have to win two game modes where you can not choose your champion. Formerly the missions were: play and win the prize, no matter if you will win or not, just play. Now not, you have to win.

If it was just to play, it's okay, but you have to win. The team is insulting you and that is not healthy I'd rather give up that envelope. My mental health is worth more than a skin or coins.

man i love how anything in client related never seems to work out. missions always buggy clash? more like crash loading the loot tab? more like load an empty page.

etc etc. its no wonder it took rito years to make a new client, they are clearly allergic when it comes to this topic

IMO they do a good thing not putting the missions pvp only, pls confirm riot THAT ALL GAME MODES PVP AND VS AI COUNT THE SAME TOWARDS EARNING TOKENS WITH THE PASS

as for the missions not completing well yeah its annoying but we(THE PLAYERS) should know/ be prepared also to see those repeating bugs every start of patch/event as riot is also looking for those to show and FIX THEM...yes they will fix it u can all chill out n wait for your STACKING REWARDS to pop in... as for first win and games played im sure the rewards will be given(bug fixed) within 24 hours....

you will complete the missions and get the rewards, never has anyone WHO STARTED DOING MISSIONS THE FIRST DAY OF AN EVENT never complete all missions(apart from those extreme missions in doom bots or odyssey) i will never understand people who want things right away...first inform yourself then if it is worth it go for it!

not like your losing out on 1 BE skins...wait! gotta run something to check ;p

Only my first game today showed progress, and then after that, nothing was progressing. Hopefully the progress was recorded and just not being inputted, but it's Riot, so fully expecting to have to redo any progress I've done.

I highly doubt they'll be able to retroactively go back and give us credit for any previous games that we played. I don't recall them ever doing that in the past. The match history in the client isn't even loading now so it seems like an issue in their back-end servers (which probably won't be resolved for a while). Good times.

Same thing here, no tokens for the win or showing completed first win of the day mission. Did get 2 tokens on an ARAM loss though.

I bought the Event pass right away. Got Tokens for my first 3 wins. After that, no Tokens for playing ARURF or Normal Draft anymore.

Since today morning in my local time, it has been fixed. I played a test match and all missions seem to be working fine. Also the match history is also showing up.

I have not gotten mission completion in the last 2 days for the "Fortune Favors Fortune" mission. I've already spent well over 65k in ARURF. I tried restarting the client. thinking it was just happening to me, but it seems that's not the case. Has there been any update on a fix for this?
